The Way Out

rOR the last Waikato meeting thirteen hundred free tickets were doled out. This was considered far too many and for the fixture next month several who have had a free entry to Claud&lands will have to "dip south" when they approach the turn-stiles. President H. Burch reckons that many who received complimentary tickets are m a position to pay for them and Secretary T. Reynolds will restrict the number'issued. It has also been decided to make the admission to the outside enclosure a couple of shillings and reduce the price to the lawn. Reads like popular terms! Revising the price of admission should go a long way to further popularising Claudelands and catering for fewer "strap-hangers" should bring more grist to the mill.
