WAS NO FLUKE

Queen Arch Is At Her Best (From ' "N.Z. Truth's" Auckland Hep.) The second registered by Queen Arch m the Rotorua Cup proved her Matamata victory to be no fluke. AS a. matter of fact she looked vastly rt improved by her Matamata outing, wherens at Rotorua Siaosi was racing after being under a cloud during the week. Siaosi showed out for a term m front, but when it came to the business end gave way, up to which stage Queen Arch was being reserved m behind. It looked dollars to doughnuts on the mare, rounding the bend, but the will^of The Lover was too strong oosn s the day. However, Queen Arch raced 'onward; throughout and threw out the signal that she is right back to her best, and simply must be respected m future, especially when the ground happens to be moist. She looks like registering the best performances of her career before the present season has run itself out.
