New Pillar of Justice
The appointment of Mr. Robert Kennedy, formerly of the legal firm of Luke and Kennedy, Wellington, to the New Zealand judiciary is an earnest of the prevailing belief that youth is the corner-stone of to-day Academically, there can be no question as to his suitability. Indeed, the whole fabric of his scholastic and legal career has been one continued chapter of undiminished brilliance, and When, with the flow of ensuing years, his experience on the Bench, bringing with it the contact with the human polyglot which passes along the pathways of court life, has mellowed still more the judgment he acquired as a barrister, it is not unlikely that he will become a- distinguished member pf the company he so recently joined.
