Black Currant Jam Ingredients — lib. black currants, l%lbs. sugar, % pint water. Method — Boil black currants and water for 20 minutes. Put m sug'a; and boil from 25 to 30 minutes longer. AJlow to stand for 15 minutes, thei put into clean, dry jars. Cover am. store m a cool,- dry place.
