New Zealand has a special interest m A.P.F.C., for not many cricket pitches ago he was over here with young Tom Lowry, son of the "Squire of Okawa," when McLaren's squad "exchanged knocks with New Zealand elevens. Chapman, made a splendid catch. The squire's ; daughter and he made a match of it. She's a thoroughgoing sport, interested m everything which has the tang of sportsmanship about it.
