THAT indefatigable spiritualist, Sir 1 Arthur Conan Doyle, has been visualizing a world destitute of crime.
"Wouldn^t the world be extremely flat," to use the words of King Gama, due entirely to the recognition of the value ; of .having a clairvoyant at every police station. His v or her duty, of Gourse, would be to work out the problem of the way m which each offence would be committed; so that crime would, become very difficult, if not impossible./
