BABY FLYERS
Many Runners At Wingatui (From "N.Z. Truth's" Christchurch Rep.) The big nomination for the Dunedin Handicap, at Wingatui, is striking evidence of the wealth cf South Island two-year-olds this season. T JNFORTUNATELY, Gold Tinge and Aspiring, two of the best of them, will be away. Daughter of a one-time brilliant sprinter, Nedda has proved herself m the top flight, and what beats her should win. Bob Greenslaide bought Francolin to win him the McLean Stakes, but so far she has failed. Stealth and Pink Coat have won races this season, and- the former is the more seasoned. It is unlikely that Pink Coat will pay up for Dunedin as Jim. Samson stated at Oamaru that he . would put *the Hunting Song colt aside until the autumn, Dutch Money showed pace at Riccarton, but lightened up a lot. If she reproduced her best form she would be hard to dispose of. Captivate, Colonel Quex, Blue Metal, Fair Money ahd the Graphic have all had racing. ' •' * ' This season two-year-old form has been fairly consistent, and backers cannot go past proved form which is represented m NEDDA, STEALTH.
