GREEN ONES
The Trial Event At Brighton (By "The Toff.") A number of green performers will show their paces at New Brighton on Saturday, especially m the Trial Handicap. THIS is an event for trotters that can do a milo and a-half m 2.50 or •better and there are prospects of an open race. Of those on the limit Sandy Wilkes, Tot Logan and Blue and Gold have been to the rages, but have not yet gone solidly with the colors up. Scuttle looks the best of those off the front, while Brandon and Koro Pete have chances among those furuier hack. Taking it by and large it looks as though Koro Pete and Scuttle will flg-ht out the issue.
