For particulars m this respect your best plan would be to apply to the secretary, Hawke's Bay Sub-centre, N.Z.A.A.A., Napier, or to the secretary, Gisborne Amateur Athletic Club. (3) Club would be liable if any accident, could be proved to be the result of negligence on the club's part. (4) Any insurance, company will advise you if it is possible to insure against accident. A notice posted on the ground would not absolve the club from liability for Occident arising from negligence on club's part. . ' ■ .
