CHARGED with sending, or causing to be sent, an indecent message, through the post, to a married woman who lives at Lower Hutt, Alexander von Batenburg (m his business as a clothing manufactory proprietor he styles himself "Baten") attended at the Wellington Police Court a few days ago.
