TROTTING AT HUTT PARK ON SATURDAY

IN THE SWIM

Real Light and Great Way TWO-MILERS (By "The Toff.") After his fourth on the first day at Otahuhu, Great Way will have many ■friends m one of his two races at Petone on Saturday. \7ICTOR BINGEN is not seasoned enough for a journey, while Nancy Bingen has not shown any real ability over two miles. Kyra can go two miles and she is apt to bob up and pay the machine. So far, Lonesome has not shown any ability to go two miles, and little is known of Cairnvale. It looks as though Kyra, Great Way and Victor Bingen may' prove to be the best of a bad lot m the Wilford Trot. In the next race, the 4.47 handicap, Dilworth, which won three races on the coast,, is engaged. She starts off the limit at Petone, but she may find the Middle Class Handicap just a shade too far for her. Richore is a likely sort, but the Wellington public are not likely to overlook Athalone, which put up a slashing performance over two miles la^t September. On performances it will look as though the game is not fair if Real Light or Athalone are beaten. ,{... , . If Gold Circle doesn't mend his manners at the barrier it looks like the schooling list for him..
