IN the i Magistrate's Court last week, ajittle girl, who had. been riding .a pony along a road when a motor acci.d.ent occurred, was giving evidence. "Didn't *you stop when the accident happened?" asked counsel. "No," she answered. Why?— l was frightened. But why- didn't you stop to. see whether anyone was 'hurt? — Well, the pony bolted. .
Your sister was with <you, wasn't she?— Yes. f
Did she. stay ?-T-No.' Why "not?— She' Was on the same pony, behind me.' • ■ •,'■■ ■ _
