Chase's Chance
A LITTLE less than three years ago when a man blew into Rotorua m an old Studebaker car from Auckland, it was practically . his only asset with the exception of a- wide awake mind and the\ ability to grasp au opportunity. v That man was Harry Chase, who had found that New Zealand was a good little colony several years previously and made up his mind that it was good enough for him to stay m. /When he arrived m Rotorua" he found that the tourist trips were more or less m the hands of a powerful monopoly and that there was scope for some one who would give the trippers a better spin for their money. He ■forthwith set to work to set an example and break up that close ring. 1 Harry's enterprise was justified, though it -'did' not win him popularity with those who. had had it all their own way for so. loner, and as he increased his patrons he added to his fleet of cars .until" to-day Jie runs several Buicks and has his own garage. Enterprise and attention to business combined with courtesy are a fine asset, and Chase has developed them to gx>oa" purpose,; gairiinsr m return the success he deserves.
