TO hand two glasses of port Wine to the average man-aboutrtown, and then wait for results, would be just about 'akin to offering a strawberry to an elephant at meal-time. In this respect, it seems, Alexander Hugh Scott, of Dunedin, is not fully qualified for "about-town' ? status— unless it be that he knows of a cellar of rare old vintage!
