WHEN Richard Samuel Midgley V referred to the mother of his illegitimate child as "this person," and spoke of the work he had lost through her, Magistrate Hunt had something to say to him at Auckland. Midgley, who was charged with being m arrears m a maintenance order for the child, stated that he was practically out of work. . "I am an accountant by profession, but I can't get but gardening workj" he said. "I lost my position through this person," he continued. "This person!" exclaimed Magistrate Hunt.
