But that is what happened, so James had to ask Justice Adams last week for an injunction, orderIng Caroline Emily Hepworth Cree to return to the marital hearth . within fourteen days, Their last twenty. seven years of married life went fairly smoothly until last Easter when Caroline became restless and went away for * month's holiday. : When she returned she intimated that she was "going to make a break," so on May 7 she packed her traps and left behind the comforts of a good home. So the court has decreed that Caroline must^ -return. within fourteen days to avoid further proceed* Ing*.
