TOM DUNCAN was pleased when Consent won the Wanganul Guineas, but not half as elated as was Jim Thorpe. For Jim has at his place standing the season the sire of ConsentAcre. The Australian-bred stallion is now entered up on the classics. To date Acre has got many winners m all-manner of company, and what has appealed is the hardiness of the breed.
