Tapley's Return

SO Tapley's back! All Dunedin is singing the glad refrain. For they, love their Tapley. Some people ■ call him Mr. Tapley; others,. Livingstone Tapley —others, just "Tap." '• For this genial man has mastered the art of appealing to everybody. Yet, those who know him. will tell you that he has not the slightest hesitation m speaking his mind very forcibly if the occasion demands. Member of Parliament for Dunedin North, "Tap." is one of the few who use the big stone building m Wellington as an arena instead of a boudoir. When Commander Byrd comes out to New Zealand, he will—thanks to the efforts of H. Livingstone T. —make Dunedin his base. . Already, the good Scots of our Young Edinburgh are beginning to talk knowingly of aeroplanes.
