Famous Flier's Divorce Suit
(From "N.Z. Truth's" Special Sydney Representative). CQUADRON-LEADJBR Kingsiord Smith will soon have had as many flig-hts with the law as he has had with his famous Southern Cross. Lieutenant Keith Anderson has a claim against Smith and Uim, and another writ has just been issued by an engineer for money alleged to be due under an agreement made before the aviators' departure for America. In addition, Smith has a divorce suit pending against his wife. The other day the proceedings were advanced a little further when the petition was served on the wife m Western Australia. The famous flyer is suing for divorce on the grounds of desertion. The parties were married about five years ago m "Western Australia, Mrs. Smith being a native bf the West. There are no children of the marriage.
