The weather was fine, the attendance large, and there was some good racing, though the fields were small. •• •- • R. D. Jackson scored m the Tally-ho Steeples with Haeremai. The winner was kept m a handy , position all the way, and m the end beat Sea View by two lengths. * *.'-*. y Wallace won the heavyweight event for Dr. Simons after a fine race with I.
