Industrious Man

A BUSY man is J. W. Collins, secretary' to the department of Industries and ' Commerce at Christchurch. He is one of those people who are always on the> go. His work takes him all ovej" the place, and, needless to say, he manages to arrange things so that he does his best for everybody. No man could do any better than that, could he? In a job requiring rare tact, personality and patience, Collins seems right at home. Whenever a dispute or an argument I needs settling, depend upon it that he's. right there wi^h' a' sane and logical solution.- ' .'.-.• And, let us add, he is one of those mortals who mean what they say. Yet a more human and likeable chap would be hard to find.
