TAIPARE'S CUP

Is Brilliant Over Two Miles (From "N.Z. Truth's" Special Auckland Rep.) One of the easiest victories recorded at Alexandra Park last week was Taipare's : Adams Memorial Cup. The win was impressive, but was anticipated by many who saw him win over. two miles at Hawera and be unlucky to get touched off at Te Aroha. Taipare had previously been a good sprinter, but on Adams Cup form he will have to be seriously reckoned with when some of the big heats roll round m the north next season.
