IAGK HOLT is returning to Para- | ** induht. News of the star's return was announced recently by Jesse L. Lasky in a statement that the popular player had signed a contract to appear in Zane Grey productions. It is more than ;i year ago that Holt terminated his engagement with Paramount. His first picture will be "The Vanishing Pioneer." Holt's return means that Paramount now has two western stars. The other is Fred Thomson, whose new picture, "The Sunset Legion," is now being 1 filmed at Hollywood. Jack Holt began his career in the movies as a horseman in western pictures and soon drifted as a "heavy" into other films* He achieved his greatest popularity, however, in the series of Zane Grey pictures'.
