OVER a month has elapsed since the arrest of Alexander Henry Martin (26), on a charge of having, on April 27, committed an indecent as6ault upon another male. ..... * u / ± ' -*u The fourth adjournment was'granted by Magistrate Hunt at the Auckland Police Court last week, when Chief Detective Hammond asked for a remand owing to the chief witness for the prosecution having met with a motor accident.
