Serious Charge Against Martin Will Be Heard Next Week

(From '.N.Z. Truth's" Sped; AT the Auckland Police Court on Monday a further, and third remand was granted m the case against Alexander Henry Martin (26), a wellknown law clerk, of Auckland, who is faced with a charge of having, on April 27, indecently assaulted another male. On Martin's last appearance

On Monday, however, no such application was lodged and at counsel's request Magistrate Ilunt remanded Martin to appear on Thursday, June, 7.
