iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiniiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiliiiiilii Paradise YyiTHIN a temple broad and old, The walls of virgin marble are Bedicfht with cl ins of fairest gold And rubies brought from mines afar. i Beneath a crystal window rare A damsel sits: her -wicked lips Are saucily apart; her hair Comes down to cloud her curving hips; Brown slaves fetch fruit and orimson wine In flagons cooled with snow and ice. Oh! is the scene a glimpse divine Within a houri's Paradise? Not on your life! And this the proof is— I saw it last week in the movies. — Te P.
