Stevenson and McMath produced a good sort in Red Swithin at Winton. At Gore she never put a foot wrong and won nicely. * * * Four Belts is as big a cheat as ever. * # * Needles is a real sort, and one that will do all right at country fixtures. * # * Tennessee's Child duly arrived at Winton. He will pick up stakes on metropolitan courses. W. T. Lowe landed a race with Spring Note at Winton. The gelding has plenty of speed and in saddle he is pretty reliable.
