Spoke-cleaning
Every car*owner knows that the worst parts of a car to olean are the undercarriage and wheels. There are spoke brushes on the market with flexible handles, others with stiff, short handles, but neither is suitable for combination with a hose.

A mop is procurable which allows for a hose being attached, but is relatively expensive. A solution of the problem Is as follows; Procure what is known as a stiff(bristle mop, at a cost of 2/8. £)lip the bristles as illustrated* to allow for cleaning m confined fifcaoes, place the nozzle of the hose m the recess provided m the bristles, and attach the hose to the handle with rubber bands. The length of handle permits the user standing well away from the work. It also allows the use of both hands In the shifting of recalcitrant mud on the under-carriage and under guards, etc.
