THEATRE ENTERPRISE. The proposal to build the new Majestic Theatre on the present site of the Empress Theatre, "Wellington, Is taking more definite shape. It is an extension of the Fuller-I-layward organization, and the- brokers, L. S. Craig, Ltd., notify the issue of £50,000 in 8 per cent, guaranteed mortgage debenture stock.
