Second Mortgages at a discount of 12% per cent, with one half of Its funds, and invests the other half on second mortgage at 9 per cent., the result should be sufficient to return to shareholders not less than 8 per cent. Free of Income tax, after providing for a reasonable yearly reduction of the Preliminary Expenses. When these expenses are written off, a higher return to Shareholders may confidently be looked for.
