PLATING
¥N the world of motors new inno-
vations are always arising and new patents and near patents being placed on the market. New Zealanders have materially contributed towards these gadgets and the latest "within-the-country" invention Is something really worth while. Known as Reflecta Plating, it is a silivery fluid which, applied m the ordinary way with a piece of rag to worn or chipped portions of electro plate work on cars will bring them up as new again. When dry, which process occurs within a few minutes, It can be polished like silver, leaving a hard and finished surface. Motorists will welcome a handy little tin of this Reflecta Plating m their garage, for it will obviate the problem of worn and tarnished door knobs and chipped work about the car which no amount of polishing or touching up will return the former finish.
