JURYMAN'S NOVEL EXCUSE
A juryman who failed to put in a prompt appearance explained that symptoms of rheumatism always developed when he sat still for anj length of time. He accordingly called at a Hotel for a couple of J.D.K.Z. Gins and soda. His Honour considered the explanation satisfactory.*
