He did . not know whether he would be buying any horses. That all depended on the ! price, amd owners here placed . .very ! high value on their prads^
Miinjeet was all right when he left Melbourne, and would be spelled for a hit. She won two races in' Melbourne and finished fourth m the Newmiarket Handicap. Her winning efforts Were at Sandown' Park 'and Mentane. In the Bourke Handicap at the V.R.C. meeting she rail badly, and as Price was sicbof.it. he decided to spell her. ; At present he has ei«ht horses m his stables at MoMialfoc, amongst the numher being Munjeet, Bribery, Otiraj Bariha and others. Bribery has been allotted top weight in^both the Hurdles and Steeplechase &t On-k-aparinga hut is an unlikely starter. Price pushed on to Lyttelton the same night.
