■ A Later Development. ,A further step has been taken m the suit instituted N by William Poppens, ex-hoteWceepel', for the dissor lutibn of his marriage with Gnielia Poppens on the ground of her alleged adultery with George Michael Prendergist, M.L.A., and Leader pf the Stater Labor Opposition, who is cited as co-respondent. The date of the service of the petition was December 10, and the other parties had eight days therefrom m which to enter an appearance, and 21 days therefrom m which to file answers to the allegations contained m the petition and the petitioner's covering affidavit. The first step m this direction was taken the other day.
