law to . punish the perpetrators m order to protect our dealers. Of course, the Elective Medicine Company and the dunning blue-paper agency can go to the devil before any sum of money is paid over. The pills are certainly m the possession of the "patron" and can be had by any representative of the Company, should he call for them. It is certainly coming it very strong when pill and potion concocters can get their goods through the post and Customs to the public, and the public pay duty on them and then be pestered and bullied into settling a debt that was never contracted. THE QUACK AND THE CHARLATAN resort to many shifts and devices m their efforts to make money out of a fool public, and the only safeguard the public can have is to be warned. "Truth" accordingly issues this warning, and trusts that the Elective Medicine Company will be placed on the Black List. Plainly, it i.s a swindling concern, and no time should be wasted m protecting .the public from this gang of Sydney sharpers.
