KIDNEYS AND LIVER. ~- \7hen the kidneys and :liver are working perfectly.it is impossible for ; anyone to ViSec from any of the disorders named. 'Iv order that this important fact may be tealised, the folio-wing description of the work performed by those vital' organs is "given : i, The Kidneys filter and extrapt from the blood about , three pints of urine every day. In this quantity. of mine are dissolved about an ounce of urea, ten to twelve grains m •weight of urio.acid, together with other animal and mineral matter varying ijrem a- third of an ounce to nearly an ounce. When the kidneys aro m health, all this solid matter is m. solution and is invisible. Directly the kidneys, through either weakness. or disease, become unfit to do their duty properly, a proportion of the solid matter remains m the Wood, becomes actively- poisonous, and causes us to suffer from uric disorders, such as RJienmatlsiH, Gout, Neuralgia, Lumbago, Backache, Sciatica, Gravel, Stone, Bladder Troubles and Brigkt's Disease. A simple tost to make as to the condition of the kidneys is to place some urina, passed the first thing m thb morning, m a covered glass., and let it stand until next morning. If it is then cloudy, or there is a brick-dust like sediment, or if particles float about m it, or it is of an unnatural color, the kidneys arc-not healthy, and no time must be lost m adopting remedial pleasures, or Bright's Disease, ' Diabetes, or some less serious but more painful illness will result. The Liver. — In the liver various substances are actually made from the blood. Two or three pounds of bile are thus made from tho blood every day. The liver takes : sugar from the blood, converts it into another form, and stores it 'up SO as to be a/hle to »gain supply it to the blood gradually, as the litter requires enrichment. .". The liver changes uric acid, which is insoluble, into urea, which :is completely soluble, and the livor: also deals with blood corpuscles which have lived their life and are useful no longer. When the liver, is inactive or diseased we suffer from Indigestioa, Biliousness, Anaemia, Sick Headache, and Blood Disorders. . The health of the liver and of the kidneys is so closely connected that it is' almost inipo'ssible for the kidneys to be affected and the liver to remain healthy, or vice versa. ''''■ It is nearly thirty yearft since scientific reaearoh directed speoially to' diseases of the ijtidneys and liver was rewarded by the discovery of the medicine now known throughout the world as Warner's Sale Cure. It was realised, at the outset of the investigation, that it tiras necessary to find; a curative agent which would act ; equally u^on' the kidneys arid upon the liver, these organs being 'so immediately associated m the work of dealing ■with the body's waste material, and after- many disappointments, tho medicine which possessed the required action m the fullest degree was at length discovered, Warner's Sftfe Cure cures all diseases of the kidneys and liver, and, by restoring their activity, these vital organs #re enabled to rid the body, through the natural, channels, of the urinary and biliary poisons, the presence of which, m the system, .are the cause of, Bjbfeumatisnu Gout, Neuralgia, Lumbago, Backache, Soiatica, Blood Disorder*, Anaemia Indigestion, Biliousness, Jaundice, Sick Headache, Gravel, Stono, Bladder Troubles and General Debility. Warner's Safe '■ Cure curofc all these disorders simply by removing the cause of t u .o disorder. This is the reason why cures "effected by Warner's Safe Gun are yermanoi t' cures. . ~ . : ' '' .
