He's the cunning Food Adulterant, with a grim uncheckeretL way, And we will have to find the means* to bind him ';■.. He is eating at your manhood, throws the infant's chance away, Leaves the festering sore of Ruined Health behind him.

There are' crimes that make us shudder, crimes revolting, to relate, Yet, perhaps, the author's mad what time he stoops, But the Food Adulerant cooly, m a healthy mental state, Poisons mankind for the. money that he scoops ,- He's perhaps a business "Lion," public men his boardroom fill, And w<e will have to try them for their failure To safeguard the Public Interest, to respect the People's Will, To watch o'er tho Health" and Strength of Young Australia,,
