HEARING OF APPEALS The hearing of the appeal of Harold Ingham, of Fetone, against the decision of the Wellington Citv Council refusing to grant him a license under the Motor Omnibus Transport Act, 1926, for a service between Lower llutt, Petone and Wellington, has been adjourned by the recently-ap-pointed Appeal Board until Monday, December 20th next, when any othaß appeals will also be heard.
