MOTOR-CAR FIRES
TWO VEHICLES DAMAGED. Two motor-car occurred over the week-end. The first was in Tnlovera terrace, where a five-senter car owned by Mr Albert. Guthrie, was damaged, the fire brigade eventually extinguishing the flames. The fire brigade was called to a garage at 161, Queen’s Drive, Lyall Bay, at 8.34 p.m. on Saturday, where a seven-seater car owned by Mr Richard Stanford was damaged by fire and water. The garage was similarly damaged.
