A TALE OF TWO TROUSSEAUX * Joan’s trousseau was all hand-made. So was Betty’s. Both had piles of lovely garments — some soft and lacy—some simply embroidered —some exquisitely coloured—some snowy white. It’s months ago and Joan’s things are still sound and charming—a delight to eye and touch. Most of Betty’s original trousseau has departed. Some wilted in the wash—some faded right out of existence. Betty is wiser now. She’s taking a leaf out of Joan’s book and her new outfit will be all Tarantulle. * n x/ u l ' X / T FOR COLOURED LINGERIE White: In Three Weights, Standard 21- ; Fine 2/6: Superfine 3/- per yard.
