DOMINION DELEGATES RETURN. Per Pros* A<<ceial;o:i. AUCKLAND, November 30. The Now Zealand delegates to the Empire Parliamentary Congress, the Hon. J. Barr and Messrs J. S. Dickson, W. A. Voitch and M. ,U Savage. M.P. s. returned by the Ulimarrra from Sydney to-night after an absence of eleven weeks. They are enthusiastic about the warmth of the reception received in Australia, and said every facility was given them to gain all possible information about the country.
