FASCISTS IN BERLIN FIRE SHOT AT SOCIALISTS OFFICIAL’S HEAD GRAZED. Australian and N. 7.. Gable Association (Received November 29, 1.15 a.m.) BERLIN, November 29. Herr Loebe President of the Reichstag, was addressing a Socialist demonstration when a Fascist fired a shot from a passing tramcar. The bullet grazed the head of an official on the Socialist platform. The crowd pulled a dozen Fascists from the tram and rough handled them until tlie police arrested the Fascists, who were in possession of revolvers and much ammunition.
