Mystery continues to surround King Ferdinand’s illness. The strictest censorship is being imposed, and the Rumanian people are ignorant of the gravity ol the King's condition. Nevertheless, the country is effervescing, especially military circles, amongst which Prince Carol has many supporters. The ‘‘Midi” asserts that the Rumanian Government possesses information to the effect that Carol intends returning to Rumania and issuing a proclamation to the army and nation demanding help in defence of his hereditary rights. The Government, therefore, is sending Professor Forga to dissuade Carol from causing civil war. Carol is residing at Neuilly and refuses to make a statement. It is reported that -lie will meet Queen Marie, who is arriving from America on Tuesday. The Bucharest Government denies the possibility of civil war. DEMANDS THAT hTs WIFE GO LONDON, November 28.
