CITY ENGINEER'S TRIP Yesterday the new city engineer (Mr G. A. Hart) started out on a tour of the city with Mr K. E. Luke, who has acted as city engineer since Mr Paterson’s resignation some months ago. Mr Hart lias expressed himself as very favourably impressed with his first day in Wellington. In the morning he called upon the Mayor, and for some hours talked over city matters.
