TROTSKY MAY GO TO LONDON
AS SOVIET REPRESENTATIVES. Australian nr.d N.Z. C’. hlo Association RIGA, November 23. A report that M. Trotsky will succeed the late M. Krassin as Soviet representative in London is believed to be based on a plan to disperse M. Stalin's opponents. The plan includes the appointment of M. Kameneff as Ambassador at Rome, and tho sending of M. Lmhcvitch to Chinn, ami M. Zinovicff to Poland or Lithuania.
