TESTED BY GOODS TRAIN. Per Press Association. PALMERSTON N., November 27. It is expected that the Manawatu Gorge line will be clear at mid-day today. A special goods train is leaving Palmerston North at 2 p.m. for Woodville. and it will return to Palmerston North again to test the line to see if it will stand the traffic. If so. the ordinary service will resume on Monday.
