Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, November 28. In the cricket comjetition Old Collegians, who had made 115 in the first innings, put on 94 for seven in the second (I. Hamilton 35, W. J. Hamilton 19, R. H. Hamilton 18). Old Boys in the first innings made 120 for nine wickets declared (Mortlock 24, Powell 33, Burns 14, Cromb 13). Bowling for Old Collegians Heasley took five wickets for 37 runs, R. H. Hamilton, two for 19, Ball one for 36. West Christchurch made • 162 in the first innings last week, and St. Albans replied with 363 (Woods 34, Crawford 134, Sandman not out 37, Doreen 24, Falloon 68, Johns 28). On the first day Sydenham made 145 and Linwood 61 for four. Continuing to-day Linwood brought the total to 170 (Read 40, Boon 33, Perrin 35). Cunningham took four wickets for 67 runs, Sincock two for 47, Patrick two for 38). Sydenham in the second strike put on 77 runs for two wickets. East Christchurch made 158 in the first innings against Riccarton (Gregory 53, Multan 16, Brosnahan 34, O’Reilly 22). For Riccarton Powell took two wickets fo-r 23 runs, Gibbs two for 44, Rix four for 39, Evans one for 40. Riccarton, who had made 206 in the first innings, put on 76 for three in the second. POSTPONED Per Press Association. Owing to heavy rain on Saturday all cricket and other outdoor fixtures were postponed.
