QUEEN ADOPTS A WAIF
SENDING HIM TO SCHOOL Australian and N.Z. Cabin Assn. (Received November 26, 7.5 p.m.) LONDON. November 25, Queen Mary, who devotes a sum annually to scholarships, has adopted a little boy waif from one of the Church of England Waifs and Strays Society’s homes, and is sending him to school, where he will be educated and brought up at her expense.
