Who would not like to possess a lot of rnojiey ? What a lot of trouble comes through shortage *>£ money. Money is really a curse; shortage or otherwise. If we have too much wo won’t spend it: or don’t know how to. If we don’t have much we want more. We are never satisfied. Anyway, there is one way of saving money and that is by living in a home of your own. Every pound you pay off a' home of your own means you are saving money. You cannot go wrong in nuying house property in Wellington. It always is a good asset; and a saleable proposition in a city like this. The demand is enormous for house property in Wellington; you cannot rent a decent house at a reasonable price; therefore the offer to build homes specially to order on a £IOO deposit, advertised in to-day’s “Now Zealand Times” by R. Leslie Jones (sole agent for the builder in question), should be read with considerable interest. — Adyl* *
