MANAWATU GORGE OPENS
TRAINS RESUME RUNNING FROM MONDAY. The Railway Department advised last evening that the slip in Manawatu por/xo will be elcared by Monday, and that ho the line will bo used again for ordinary traffic from Mondoy. The Wel-lington-Napicr expresses proceed via Manawatu and not via the Rimutnka route as they have been doing lately. The amended time-table is published iu this morning’s “Times.”
